A case officer is a person who is designated the task of assessing your visa application. This person is most likely in Australia, but not necessary. More and more commonly, the case officer is at an overseas post, and you can tell this as the grant letter will be issued from that post. Case officers routinely juggle more than 100 cases at any one time, so it is important that your file is presented in the best way possible to thus limit hassles during processing.
Our check lists are designed based on the thousands of applications that we have been involved with over the years. Our check list will cover the (4) basic assessment components of financial assessment, how you are as a couple, your domiciled arrangements, and your commitment as a couple.
If you would like to know more about our check lists and the assessment process, please contact us and we shall discuss your individual situation.
