Interest Free Payment Plan
We offer you the opportunity to pay your professional fees off in monthly instalments. This means you can afford to have professional legal representation at all stages of your visa process.
A typical scenario would be:
Say your professional legal fees are $4,400 and your immigration fee is $6,939, the payment plan would be:
- Pay a retainer of $500. *This comes off the $4,400.
- When it's time to lodge the visa, pay the immigration filing fee.
- Commence the payment of your monthly repayments of $500.
Note: Given that you have paid the $500 as your initial deposit, that comes off your $4,400, giving you a total balance outstanding balance of $3,900.
We use a direct debit company called Ezidebit. Once set up, your account is managed and payments automatically cease when the amount be paid is reached.
There is an electronic footprint of all transactions and your Ezidebit account can be quickly and easily accessed to determine your outstanding balance.
In the old days, clients would deposit funds into our account and then if they had any queries about how much they had paid, we would have to go back over our records and find their deposit. Over the course of a year, that can be a lot of paperwork.
